<p>Check craigslist and search for</p>
<ul>
<li>&#8220;<a href="http://denver.craigslist.org/search/?areaID=13&amp;subAreaID=&amp;query=old+golf+clubs&amp;catAbbreviation=sss" target="_blank">old golf clubs</a>&#8221; &#8211; at the time of this post there were 41 options of which I think 10 were sets that would qualify; in fact, there is a set of MacGregor irons and Wilson woods  in <a href="http://denver.craigslist.org/spo/1291361086.html" target="_blank">Lakewood for only $15</a>.</li>
<li>&#8220;<a href="http://denver.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=vintage+golf+clubs&amp;catAbbreviation=sss&amp;minAsk=min&amp;maxAsk=max" target="_blank">vintage golf clubs</a>&#8221; &#8211; at the time of this post there were a dozen or so listings of clubs in the Denver/Colorado region</li>
<li>&#8220;<a href="http://denver.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=golf+clubs&amp;catAbbreviation=sss&amp;minAsk=min&amp;maxAsk=max" target="_blank">golf clubs</a>&#8221; &#8211; a generic search can get some other options that might slip through the cracks.  Remember, many people that own old clubs don&#8217;t necessarily know how to describe them</li>

<p>Another option is to check out local garage sales (also easy to find on craigslist).  Lastly, don&#8217;t forget to stop by some pawn shops and thrift stores.  Arc, Savers, Goodwill and others all have some great options &#8230; many times including bags.</p>
